Hello Pritchett Families and Community Members! It is my pleasure to welcome you all to art at Pritchett. Let me introduce myself…
My name is Molly Feder and I have been a public school art teacher for +12 year. I absolutely love creating art on my own, with my family, and with my students. One of my favorite parts about being an art teacher is the connections I get to make with my students and the ability to share my passion for creating with young, creative minds.
My passion for art is mirrored by my love for teaching and learning. I have a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with endorsements in English as a Second/ Additional Language and Special Education. My teaching philosophy: "Art for All" focuses on lesson and content delivery for every type of student and skill level, with an emphasis on visual literacy and content-specific vocabulary to further support and complement our core classroom curricula. Additionally, I strive to provide our students with a classroom culture and curriculum that responsibly celebrates our linguistic and cultural diversity.
